I ate a plate of sliced Barrilleaux tomatoes with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. I dabbed some scraps of rotisserie chicken (white meat; it’s weird, but I actually almost always prefer that to dark meat) in the vinegar, too… mmm.
I will also point out that, this time one month ago, you couldn’t have paid money for me to eat a plate of raw tomatoes for dinner. But these tomatoes have changed everything… more soon.
