Oh, I know why. I’m busy pulling an all-nighter for a gigantic 20-page final draft I have due for my women’s history class today/tomorrow, depending on how you look at it. Oh yeah, and tomorrow is also my last day of high school.
In the meantime, ponder this:
Muffins with ham, brie, and fried leek.

Savory muffins, you ask? I assure you it’s not as weird as it could be. We only think muffins are sweet because we never eat savory muffins; it’s not as though muffins in general are inherently sweet. They just generally are filled with sugar or carrots or blueberries or chocolate chips or other sweet things.
Open your mind. These are a wonderful way to start the day… MMM, could you ask for anything better than melted brie alongside tender ham, crispy leeks, and warm cushy white breadiness that steams from the inside?
Why am I writing about muffins at 5:12 AM when I should be writing about the quest for sexual freedom and how Cosmo has liberated (or debilitated) that effort? I might be seriously disturbed.

Any chance you could post the recipe you used for these? They look delicious and I have been unable to find a suitable recipe online. Thanks!
Savory muffins are amazing and this flavor combination is spot on!
