seared sashimi tuna
Being at the beach always bolsters my confidence in/love for fresh, pure, top-quality seafood. This tuna looks so rich and healthy. It might do well with a drizzle of sauce, but I love the way it looks in those neat slices.

May I suggest the delicious Cajun Tuna Tataki appetizer at Ninja then. Because it is exactly this my darling. Sliced thin and barely seared, then topped with ponzu sauce, sesame seeds and scallions. I could eat it every day if I wouldn’t die of mercury poisoning.
