I found this while photograzing:

Grilled cheese with brie, apricot preserves, and ham on multigrain farm bread. Heavenly. I woke up with a need for asiago bagel but all we had was cinnamon sugar… a fancy grilled cheese would do just the trick for my craving.

I am a big fan of the classed up grilled cheese. My variation is typically ham, aged gruyere, a thick slice of creole tomato on 9-grain bread spread with garlic butter.
