This was my dinner after I had a VERY late afternoon snack of a Parkway Tavern fried shrimp po-boy. I was painfully not hungry but felt I needed to have something on my plate when dinner came around. With a swish of Italian dressing and a painstaking nibble, I valiantly managed to clean my plate.

Being at the beach always bolsters my confidence in/love for fresh, pure, top-quality seafood. This tuna looks so rich and healthy. It might do well with a drizzle of sauce, but I love the way it looks in those neat slices.
