A few weeks ago, this photo was posted on photographer Megan Fizell’s site Feasting on Art, which I love for its chock-fullness of gorgeous pictures (food porn in an entirely different style than the posts on here). Serious Eats picked it up, too. I had it as my desktop background for a while, and it’s especially inspiring to see such lovely, colorful, flawless simplicity. To me, the essence of summer.
